We want to make convenience affordable. Loyalty and repeat customers make that happen. Repeat customers want name-brand products they know at affordable prices.
We've experienced hidden charges on our bank statements on machines that aren't ours. Sometimes, you don't always pay what the machine says (like the big guys' machines). Hidden somewhere they SHOULD post you're paying an extra credit card fee pricing, but it isn't always apparent. We don't secretly up-charge you when you pay with credit. One price on the machine - that's the price you pay.
We don't do contracts. We probably should, but just give us a try for 3 months before you sign someone else's contract that you're stuck with. We're only happy if you're happy. If you're not happy, let us know IMMEDIATELY so we can fix it. If it's not fixed within an appropriate amount of time, you can move to another company. Just try us first, you won't regret it!
