Our snacks are more affordable than the big guys. They have large overheads, and that means you have to pay more for your daily drinks and snacks. We don't think that's right. We want to make convenience affordable and loyalty and repeat customers make that happen.
We've experienced the hidden charges on our bank statements that you don't always pay what the machine says (like the big guys' machines). Hidden somewhere they SHOULD post you're paying an extra credit card fee, but it isn't always apparent. We don't secretly up-charge you when you pay with credit, one price on the machine, that's the price you pay.
We don't do contracts. We probably should, but just give us a try for 3 months before you sign a contract that you're stuck with. We're only happy if you're happy. If you're not happy, let us know IMMEDIATELY so we can fix it. If it's not fixed within an appropriate amount of time, you can move to another company. Just try us first, you won't regret it!
